Targeting:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (or related field).
3
years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of CAD, ISO/ EMS concepts, and engineering principles.
Forklift experience preferred
OSHA 30 hour Certification a plus!
Background in the Pulp or Paper Industry Would be a WIN!
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising employees in order to implement an efficient maintenance schedule.
Interviewing, training, directing, planning, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees.
Actively leading and participating in the Continuous Improvement process.
Balancing and continuously working to improve quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
Recommending, promoting, and implementing safety programs.
Coordinating the repair and preventative maintenance schedules of all manufacturing equipment and processes with the Production Department and other designated Company representatives.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9000/2000 and 14001. Works consistently with documented Company / ISO 9001:2000 and 14001 standards and procedures.
Responsible for maintenance spending, budget, and ensuring appropriate parts are kept in stock.
Overseeing building and grounds including building upkeep and janitorial service.
Overseeing the rebuilding or installation of electric or instrumentation components such as logic controllers and breaker panels.
Assisting other departments with recommended changes to existing processes

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
