Travel and work in Illinois TODAY!! Illinois Medical Hospital has an immediate need for a Ultrasound Tech.
Must have ARDMS and BLS.
ABD, OB/GYN, & Vascular is a plus.
MUST be able to do all exams independently.
This is a 8-week assignment with possible extension.

Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examination.
Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and image.
Uses independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.
Analyses; sonograms, synthesize sonographic information, medical history, and communicates findings to the appropriate physician.
Coordinates work schedule with Departmental Director and/or scheduling desk to assure workload coverage.
Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are inthe sonographers care.
Assists with the daily operations of the sonographic laboratory.
Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school and ability to meet requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) preferred.
Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty(ies) as appropriate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
